Our condo sleeps six, so why stay at a hotel

The Villas at Somerset puts your family in the middle of  all the excitement of the Disney Resort area in an affordable, spacious, 1285 SF,  3 bedroom 2 bath suite. 

Our fully equipped upgraded suite includes 3 private bedrooms, jacuzzi tub, living room, kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, large dining area, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave,  stovetop, washer and dryer, 4 flat panel TV's with free HBO,and available WiFi. 

When you stay at the Villas at Somerset you are staying at a condo designed with families in mind.

Our villa is located directly across from the clubhouse/pool area and the tennis courts are adjacent to the unit. Snacks, supplies, discount ticket information, computers, exercise room, sauna and pool table, along with the pool and hot tub area are all  steps from your villa.

We are conveniently located just of Rt 192 in Kissimmee just minutes away from all of the world class attractions the area has to offer. Walt Disney World is approximately 3.5 miles away. Sea World and Universal Studios are just a short drive.  Being located just of Rt 192 in Kissimmee puts you moments away from all the shops and restauranst of this busy tourist corridor.

Whether you are staying with us for your family vacation, convention, golf outing, trade show,wedding, sports event  or a quick weekend away you'll find everything you need close by.  Comfort, cost and location all combine to give you the trip of a life time.

The spacious livingroom with cathedral ceiling includes a queen size sofa and matching love
seat  with  a flat panel tv with cable.



The kitchen is upgraded with granite counter tops and equipped with everything you
would need for a full breakfast before heading out to the parks or dinner when you would rather
not hit the restaurants or just for a quick snack while your relaxing.. Grocery stores and Walmart
are located on Rt 192 for all your grocery needs.




The Dining Room table will comfortable seat 6 people.




Relax in the master bedroom furnished with a 4 poster bed, a flat panel tv and private bath.



Give the kids their own room with two twins beds and flat panel tv's in each of the 
bedrooms

Relax in the  whirlppool tub located  in the second bathroom.





The clubhouse and pool are conveniently located directly across from the unit and the tennis courts are adjacent to the building. Complimentary internet access and computers are also available in the club house.





The clubhouse features a snack bar/conveniece center with video rentals and arcade.
You will also find information on discount tickets and area attractions.



Enjoy a game of Pool or a snack in the clubhouse



Exercise Room with weights and treadmill.  A sauna is also available.
